Job Title
EMR CSR Direct Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Provides customer support and telemarketing initiatives through phone
  • Adheres to SLA set by clients, if not exceeds
  • Follows team’s defined process and procedures and company policies
  • Ensures that required information is logged into central information system pertaining to customer information and request
  • Provides accurate solutions in a timely manner
  • Individual case management
  • Escalate out of his boundary issues to team lead
  • Reports to TL and to AM of the possible areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • Must have a college degree in any
  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Must have a good sense of ethics
  • Must possess a positive attitude and a pleasing personality
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Must be results -oriented and be able to work under pressure
  • Must have good telemarketing skills
  • Must be willing to work in a graveyard shift and with shifting schedules
  • Must be willing to work in QC/Makati/Pasig city
Job Summary

Provide customer service/telemarketing support to various people in client’s supply chain (contractors/distributors/resellers/builders/end users/etc). Provide information regarding the scope of warranty and other information on the products and services of client and/or produce sales leads for the Client Services team. Ensures that the information given to our customers is timely and accurate.
