SUPPLIER ACCREDITATION REQUIREMENTS & MEMORANDUM CONFORMANCE
• Sends out supplier accreditation requirements list to potential vendors
• Collates/compiles supplier company profile and ensures completeness of all required documents
• Faxes memorandum, confirms receipt and collates vendor acknowledgement/acceptance of the memorandum
• Maintains vendor checklist of requirements and memo conformance
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND TRACKING
• Assists walk in clients in accomplishing the Purchase Requisition Form
• Reviews completeness and accuracy of Purchase Requisitions submitted to Procurement
• Receives Purchase Requisitions including attachments, stamps the date and time the documents are received and requires the client to affix his signature confirming the receipt details indicated
• Assigns control numbers to duly accomplished Purchase Requisitions
• Sends out email acknowledgement to all Purchase Requisitions received
• Endorses the acknowledged Purchase Requisitions to designated Buyers and records the endorsement for proper tracking
• Endorses processed Purchase Requisitions to signatories with the corresponding Purchase Orders and logs the movement of the document for proper tracking. Requires the document recipient to confirm acceptance by signing the documentations logbook
• Retrieves approved Purchase Orders to signatories
• Stamps the original PO copies with: Procurement Copy, Vendor Copy, Finance & Accounting Copy and distributes the document accordingly
• Faxes the approved Purchase Order to vendor for confirmation and ensures that the faxed document has been received by the latter and requests for affirm acceptance and advise delivery commitment
• Sends out PO copies to receiving group to notify them for the scheduled deliveries
• Takes note of the delivery dates per email notification and delivery receipts received from vendors
• Records the above transaction in the PR registry
Graduate of any 4-year degree course
At least three years purchasing experience
Experience in procurement of IT commodities, a major plus
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Software Development Manager
• To provide leadership to the software engineering team, execute software engineering plans, manages engineering schedules, resource allocations, employee development and coaching.
• Responsible for the all software development, implementation and maintenance of all applications in compliance to Sykes development methods and standards.
• To provide architectural and technical guidance to software product development and is expected to participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• To actively contribute to Improvement Programs, and will take responsibility for delivery of part or all of certain Team Initiatives.
• To work with peers and counterparts to ensure that the initiative is completed and effective.
• Responsible for all technical project documentation. This must be kept under version control, with sign-off (if appropriate) and stored in a suitable indexed manner.
• At least 5 five years related software development experience
• Graduate of Engineering or Computer related courses
• Experience of managing out-sourced/vendor based developments.
• Working knowledge of the Capability Maturity Model, preferably familiar with Level 2/3.
• Demonstrable experience to technically design and architect enterprise class applications.
• Experience of working with code, component, and message repositories.
• Good understanding of hardware infrastructure and how this must be applied in enterprise applications, particularly to support contingency.
• Good understanding of networking technologies and principles.
• Good understanding of Software Configuration Management strategies and tools.
• Excellent understanding of Object Orientated Analysis and Design and Component analysis.
• Excellent understanding of all Software Development methodologies (AGILE, Lean, Waterfall, RUP, RAD).
• Business knowledge (some preferred); CRM, HR/Financial Systems
• Excellent understanding of the following technology C#.NET, .NET Framework, Java Script, ASP.NET, XML, Web application Frameworks, Design Patterns,
• Good understanding of SAS 70, SOX and software AUDIT.
