EMR TSE for Power Supply
• Answer technical telephone/e-mail inquiries from customers.
• Confirms telephone correspondence, using customer’s specifications or account proposals to meet customer’s requirements
• Assists District Manager and Area Supervisor in the preparation of technical proposals
• Contacts by phone general contractors, electrical contractors, engine generator dealers, switchboard manufacturers, OEMs, and engineers as needed to track projects and improve probability of receipt of order
• Improve relationships with all customers and industry contact by providing prompt, courteous response to inquiries
• Handles responsibilities with minimal supervision required
• Promote account products and its capabilities
• Provide general star-up assistance to customers planning to put account products in service
• Provides individual and team reports
• Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in electrical engineering or related fields. Preferably with working exposure to Emergency and Back-up Systems
