I wanna know How to be Effectively Indexed by Google

To tell you the truth, I’m a little bit confused right now on to what the Big G is looking for in a website to index its pages. I noticed last week that the post that I made last August was indexed right away, without me even promoting that post that much. And it is really confusing me more about those posts that I tried very hard optimizing…link building, blog commenting, social bookmarking and everything that I know in off-page optimization, but still was not effective enough.

One thing I noticed so far is that the post that i made last August is about my blogging life and what are my objectives and dreams was indexed right away compared to majority of the posts here which mainly tackles everything about making money online. I tried very hard to get fresh ideas regularly and to prevent the writer’s block. But the more I tried composing something, the harder it gets to visualize what I wanted to convey. And boy, indeed it last for not only days, but weeks and months.

I hope internet marketing gurus will notice this post someday and provide some guidelines on to what I am doing wrong and give me some pointers, because I tried hard to write contents that are not copied elsewhere and I make it more informative to be at least helpful to someone like me that is trying my way up in learning online marketing. However, it is so odd that the post that I did not even think about and just think of my personal experience will be the one that will be indexed by Google.

I know that there are tons of internet marketing strategies and criteria that search engines are looking for to index a page and as far as i know, as long as you have fresh content and you do your homework in off-page and on-page optimization, then there is a good chance that the page will be indexed immediately, get a lot of backlinks, visitors and ultimately rank for a given set of keywords.

There are times that I am tempted to get the help of SEO specialists to do Search Engine Optimization work for me. It is really pathetic for a blogger that chose the highly competitive niche of making money online just to seek the assistance of others and pay for it. But I know that nobody could attest that they knew everything outright when they started and almost all of us tried very hard to seek resources and work day and night to see improvements on our own targets.

Getting fresh ideas in making money online is not easy as most people are thinking of. Too many obstacles will come your way. Your own self will be your greatest enemy if you will not learn how to control yourself from the urges of wasting your precious time to nonsense things.

I have learned the hard way and without sacrifice and patience, I would not go this far and not earn what I am earning. But going back to my agenda in writing this post, i do hope that this fresh content for this month, together with the help of my search engine optimization skills, will not only help it be index right away, but more importantly, give the boost that I needed to write relevant content at least more than i usually do.

Organic Traffic is Best for Advertisement Based Websites

Too many websites offer information on how to make money online. These sites will only discuss on how to optimize your website and teach how to generate traffic. If you really intended to make money in your website and you signed up with affiliate programs, then your first goal is to do On Page Optimization to setup your site appealing to both the visitors and the search engines. You need to have organic traffic, meaning when someone searches something that they want to know or buy, people will type that in the search engine and results will appear with a listing of websites that is relevant to the keyword or keywords.

Targeted advertising is the best form of making money online. When you follow the different On Page Optimization techniques, chances are the keywords is truly relevant to the content and this will be appreciated by search engines and therefore can make your webpage more visible. So, when a person searches on “make money online fast” and the content in your webpage has that exact keywords and among the other websites that appeared, yours is chosen, advertisements will surely show up in your site and there is a big chance that the visitor might click on one of this if it appeals to him. Organic search results helped the publisher, the advertisers, and the visitors.

The goal of the visitor is fulfilled by searching and landing to your page that provides the right information with right recommendation from the advertisers. The chance of making money in that instance is big. If the visitor clicks the advertisement, then you will get a certain percentage of payment, and if that same visitor buys a product or service from that same advertiser, then the payout is much bigger!

However, if the traffic is driven from social networks, it is not a solid goal of that person to land on your website, he may just be trying to look into your account profile or just trying to search for several articles that interest him. But I am not telling that social networking is not good, it is just not really targeted, and the ratio of CTR or Click-Through Rate is not high enough to at least getting some money out of it.

Targeted traffic in search engines equals money in the online world. And this is one guide that one needs to understand truly before venturing in creating websites and hoping that earning money is easy as one, two, three.

All about On Page Optimization

Many methods are needed to take into considerations, and for me On Page Optimization is one of the fundamentals in SEO. It is important not only to help websites get higher ranking in search engines, but also to ensure that it is readable by normal visitors. Below are some of the methods to help you on your campaign. I understand that I haven’t yet tackle this so I will show what I know about this particular topic.

Title optimization is the most first important element, and it should be short but descriptive enough of what the website is all about. It is the tag that search engine first looks for. Of course, if you choose a title, it does not necessarily means that you are the only one that have that. Your role now is to think of set of keywords that best promote your brand or business name. Get a keyword or keywords that is well searched and try to research for it to have just a little or modest competition as possible.

The next one is optimization of Meta Tags. Like the title tag, the Meta Description is as important as any other tags that needed to be optimized. It should contain the main purpose of the website and choose the right keywords that aptly relevant to your site.

Keyword optimization also needed to be maintained in one’s site. Balancing between content and keywords is an important task in SEO. Stuffing the content with keywords will do more harm than good. Search engines do not like to index a page that has a high keyword density compared to the entire content and is not completely related to each other. Do your homework first. Be sure to research for keywords that are mostly searched and create unique content that encompasses a small number of keywords. You can also include long tail keywords and use synonyms to replace duplicate keywords.

Optimizing your Internal and External Links is a big yes. Your internal links must be descriptive enough to promote the keywords. The anchor text should be related to other internal pages. Make sure that there is no broken link in your website and will still connect to your homepage no matter how deep the pages are.

Images and videos are not well read by search engines so make sure that you put description on it. The Alt Text is used to put description on the image and shows up when you hover your mouse over a picture. Put relevant keywords. As for the filename of the images, please put a real filename that is understandable like “my-first-phone.jpg“ and not just a bunch of letters and numbers like DSC1583.jpg. Put also pertinent image title just like the description. A good example of a title tag for image: [img src=”http://imagelocation.jpg” alt=”Image description” title=”Title of the Image”], just replace with essential words. It is also best to put the image keywords whenever you put a link to the image, instead of just putting “click here”.

All of these factors are nonsense if you do not have a good and unique content to implement with. As everyone well knows, content is king, and fresh content is like a good king making his daily responsibilities to his sovereignty. No one wants a king who just sits on his throne everyday and not doing anything productively. So make sure that you create new content, as search engines love it. It is not a prerequisite to daily add something, but at least once in while will do and not be dormant for a couple of weeks or months.

It is a good habit to write naturally as what you would like people to read it and not just pleasing the search engines, because if the content or the template of the website is unreadable, then you will lose visitors, and traffic is one of the criteria of search engines to see if your site is worth its page rank. Traffic is also one gauge for affiliate programs or companies to see if they can invest in your site for advertisements, because no one wants to show ads on a website that the owner is the only one that is viewing it. I hope that my own understanding of On Page Optimization provides some useful information.
