If you really intended to make money in your website and you signed up with affiliate programs, then your first goal is to do On Page Optimization to setup your site appealing to both the visitors and the search engines. You need to have organic traffic, meaning when someone searches something that they want to know or buy, people will type that in the search engine and results will appear with a listing of websites that is relevant to the keyword or keywords.
Targeted advertising is the best form of making money online. When you follow the different On Page Optimization techniques, chances are the keywords is truly relevant to the content and this will be appreciated by search engines and therefore can make your webpage more visible. So, when a person searches on “make money online fast” and the content in your webpage has that exact keywords and among the other websites that appeared, yours is chosen, advertisements will surely show up in your site and there is a big chance that the visitor might click on one of this if it appeals to him. Organic search results is one term in the Internet world that I only recently came to learn about. I thought because it is “organic” meaning it is much healthier! However, it is not the case here. The real meaning of this is concept of searching using pure or crawler-based search and is properly described as getting the results from indexed pages that is based on relevant keywords and contents.
As of this moment, Google is the leading search engine that produces organic results and its focus is to give highly relevant results that is based on its content and not just because the page ranks through paid listings.
